Beefcake is a big beefy boy with a gentle and loving demeanor. He is the perfect family cat! He LOVES the kids in his foster home. He loves how much they play with him, give him loving pets on the couch, and he even enjoys being carried around when he wants to see what’s going on. When he’s had enough of playtime or wants to find a quiet place to nap, he simply walks away. He is very tolerant of everything and everyone. He does fine with other cats and is very confident.

He was found outside as the neighborhood Tom cat before being brought to Animal Control, so he does enjoy being the “alpha” cat in charge. He’s graceful and elegant like a Lion all 16 pounds of him. He needs a place where he can go outside and exercise his lion-like demeanor (hunting bugs in the grass or laying in the sun). Most of all, he wants a family to dote on him and will allow him to be a part of every day activities. He doesn’t mind the dogs at all either.
