Penske was probably on his own in the cold for awhile, and very unsure about humans. He would hiss when you opened his crate and hide under a blanket. Bet that’s hard to believe now looking at this photo of this relaxed & happy guy!  He LOVES other kitties, and is always wanting to cuddle with his foster brothers. More recently he’s been getting comfortable enough to play with them too! He has come a long way with trusting humans, and loves pets and attention. He can still be skittish at times but if you get down more on his level he will reward you with happy purrs and head bonks . Penske would be best in a home with adults and other nice kitties. Not sure how he does with dogs. Penske is living proof of the power of rescue! This formerly grumpy guy is actually the biggest sweetheart and is so deserving of a forever loving home.
