LIL BIT

There should be more syllables in the word, beautiful, to describe Lil Bit. Even with an ear mostly frosted off, she is so beautiful.

About 3 years old, Lil Bit has had a rough road. She and her sister were thrown out of a car when they were kittens. The good news is that they were rescued and then adopted out. But something happened in Lil Bit’s home and she went missing. She was gone almost 2 years. We don’t know where she lived or how. But by her frozen ear, it is evident that it was not good.

Now this very sweet girl is in a foster home with warmth, food, love. And she is so happy. It’s taken a little while but she has settled into this homelife with people and she loves it. Oddly, she does not seem comfortable with the other cats. She’s not upset or stressed but she has not found a cat that she seems to be relaxed with. So now, she may love a home where she is the only cat, where she is loved and treasured by her human.

Lil Bit is 3 years old. She would probably do best either as an only cat or in a home where there is one other mellow cat. We don’t know about dogs. She will need a nice quiet, safe place outside where she can wander around and enjoy nature without facing the struggle every day to survive.
