GLORIA

Gloria was found at the Soldotna dump with a single kitten. She may have been  born there, but more likely she was just another one of the many cats who was thrown away like unwanted trash every year. She was not feral so it’s possible she co-existed with humans in her former life.

Now that is over and Gloria has a chance. Considering her history, it is not surprising that she is an independent kitty. She prefers to lounge and play with other kitties. It seems like she really wants to be loved by people. She will let you pet her and will even give you some purrs and roll over for belly rubs. She does enjoy curling up at the foot of the bed some nights and she is learning that humans can bring good things, even moments of joy.  But she is not a lap cat at this time. What she needs now is to find a family that will show her love and patience to continue to blossom.

Gloria loves other cats and does ok with dogs. She will need a home where she has feline friends. She will also need a good safe place to go outside and enjoy the outdoors when the weather is good.

We think she is about 2 years old. She’s in Soldotna. Call or text 907 953-0333
