GC is a big Maine Coon looking boy who came to us declawed. He is about 10 years old.

GC is a big wuss. He has the most ferocious growl, it would scare off superman. But if you’re brave enough to get past that defense, you’ll find a most lovable sweet boy who loves to be pet……when he wants to be pet. GC sleeps with his foster at night, curled up near her head and so happy to have a human who understands him. That’s what he needs, after being declawed, then dumped at a shelter, then adopted, then taken to the vet to be euthanized because the people were moving…….he needs to be able to trust people again. Who could blame him for perfecting a scary growl. He needs a home as an only cat. He may be okay with a dog who leaves him alone. He tells the dogs in his foster home to back off and they listen.  A nice little yard where he could stroll around on his own in summer would be wondrous. And a loving, understanding, forever cherishing human is what he needs. Real love……something his life has been short on.
