DIGGLES

Diggles was lost or abandoned outside in Meadow Lakes and it was scary. We don’t know how long he was there alone and cold and hungry, but finally one day he decided to take a chance and when the lady came outside, he cried out. That is what saved his life.

Diggles is a quiet undemanding boy. But when he is ready for pets he will bow his little head to your hand and make chirping sounds. He is so adorable. It’s obvious he wants to be loved. He wants to be a part of a family in a home with loved ones. He is ready for that. And so hopeful that there is a family who would love to have him as their beloved cat.  Diggles seems happy to rest and enjoy the safety and care of being a family cat.  We think he is a young adult, maybe in that 1-5 year old range. But he’s seen and been through a lot in those short years and he has taken the reality of the world to heart. He has also reached the point where he is ready to open his wounded heart to a new family, the possibility of a better life. All it takes is for kind, loving people to take him into their hearts and give him a chance to know true love and a home.

Diggles has been fine with other cats. He hasn’t made any effort to join in the kittenlike play of the youngsters in the house. But he is perfectly okay with the others romping around. He would probably do great with an older, nice cat companion. We don’t know about dogs. He will need a safe yard where he can step outside and enjoy the wonders of nature without the challenge of having no safe home to retreat to.

He’s in Anchorage. Call or text 720-563-7141
