Tubby

Tubby is a quiet, polite, loving deaf kitty. He is a very large kitty boy who is about 5 years old.

Tubby is a gorgeous, short-hair Tuxedo who bears a strong resemblance to Groucho Marx. He is a big lovable boy who is very mellow, but he is also a goof! You wouldn’t know by looking, but he is deaf. It adds to his charm. His meow is more like a quiet bark. He employs a bit of physical comedy into his routine and does a head/chest plants when he gets pets, often into a corner so it looks like he is working on perfecting his head stand act. He may not be able to hear his people saying sweet things to him, but he does feel the love. He likes calm environments and may take a bit longer to come out and seek companionship, but he notices if you make the effort to love on him. He may not hear the noisy toys, but he really gets into the moving toys because there isn’t a thing wrong with his eyesight. He does fine with other nice cats.
