Mr. Kat is a couple of year old tabby boy and has a lot of spunk!
He loves to climb on your shoulder as if he is a parrot.
Older kids preferred as he definitely needs redirection of affection at times. Not sure about doggies but might be okay with a nice playful pupper.
Mr. Kat LOVES the outdoors and will do anything to get out, so you must have a yard!
