Meet Typhoon! This beautiful fluffy boy is the best snuggly sidekick. He has just recently figured out that he can request pets on demand and absolutely loves being held, cuddled, and picked up. He gets talkative when he wants to notify you that he’d like some attention! \

Typhoon is a very easy going cat – he would love to hang with you on the couch and make air biscuits in your lap but is content to hang out in his cat tree independently too. He can take a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does you have his trust! Typhoon is a cautious explorer but is becoming a more confident cat week by week. He likes to perch in his cat tree where he watch the action of the house from a distance even if he isn’t in the midst of it.  He is okay with the calmer dog that gives him space in his foster home but has been warier and more likely to run away with the bigger/eager dog. He is getting braver about being near dogs as long as there is a human available to sit next to.

He is utterly unimpressed with laser pointers but loves to wrestle with catnip toys or chase a feather wand. When we got him, he was living around lots of other cats and was fine in foster with other kitties, so likely he will do fine with other nice cats who will welcome him. We are not sure how he does around children. He will need a safe place to go outside and explore his own yard when he’s bonded with his family and spring comes.
