His name is Gunny — nicknamed Squeaker for his squeaks and small chirps and even a dove-like coo. He makes the cutest little noises!  Sleek, shiny black, he is a small  boy with a beautiful coat.

Despite being skittish in new environments, Gunny becomes an affectionate cuddlebug once he feels secure, and enjoys giving kisses. He loves to be held and cradled like a baby and is so happy in loving arms, he doesn't even squirm to get down. He gets along well with children and other animals, not a scratcher and careful not to hurt anyone he he plays with.

He's a night owl and loves to explore and play at night. He's got a soft spot for people food, and always curious about what’s on your plate! Even with his small size, he's a big eater.

Poe is big old lovebug kind of guy in the colors of sunrise! He can make you feel bright and happy every day!

Poe is a loverboy who adores his people and his food! He is a big fan of other cats but enjoys going on adventures through the house by himself sometimes. He is the master of finding excellent nap spots and always keeps his space tidy with wonderful kitty manners. He is nervous around dogs but can tolerate a chill pupper.

Say hello to Mickey. He’s a big tabby boy, about 6 years old. He loves his people and purrs
whenever he is petted. He will watch TV with you, from the back of your chair. He will make sure you are properly tucked into bed by following you into the bathroom as you prepare for bed, jump on the bed and sit on your  chest for one last pet, and then curl up near your feet for
the night.

He likes to drink out of the faucet, but only in the bathroom. He goes outside, but always returns home and he lets you know what he’s thinking, if you can understand Cat. He’s a big boy, tipping the scales at 17 lbs. He startles at sudden noises but settles right down. He doesn’t like sharing his people with other animals and probably wouldn’t do well in a busy household. But he’s a lover, on his terms.

Tiny, long and slim, dappled tortoiseshell, Clementine is a beautiful little girl.

Clementine started out shy. And she is still cautious around strangers (smart kitty!) But since her kittens are grown and gone to homes of their own and she is no longer responsible for teaching them about the world, she has found her own sweet, loving character.  Very settled and calm when she is with those who love her. She is hoping for a calm, settled, loving human or humans who will be her special beloved family. Clem is probably just a couple years old.

Clem does okay with other cats and dogs who leave her alone. But she seems to particularly like the great big gentle giant of a dog who lives in her foster home. She would do fine with her own company  and as a sweet companion to a kind human. She would enjoy long evenings sitting next to her human, explorations through the yard to stay updated about her territory, and lovely naps in the comfort of her own forever home.

It's every day now. Not just once in a blue moon. But NOW Sushi WANTS to be pet. Of course she wants to be pet when she wants to be pet. After all, she is a cat. She will even come to you for pets.

It might take her a minute to adjust to a new place and new people. Her former life, before rescue, was pretty scary being out there all alone in the world. She learned caution. With other nice cats, trust is easy. Humans take longer. But while you are waiting for her to know that you are kind, she will be giving your lonely cat the love and companionship they have been missing.

Sushi will need to spend the winter inside, getting to know and love her family. But when spring comes, she may (or may not) like to go outside in a little yard where she can enjoy the lovely natural world in a safe and loving place.
